Your appointment is confirmed once payment (if applicable) has been successfully received and you receive a confirmation from our team.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation.
Appointments canceled within the required notice period may be rescheduled to another available date at no additional charge, subject to availability.
If you do not attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice (No-Show), the session will be considered completed, and the consultation fee will not be refunded or transferred to another appointment.
