One of our clients, a middle manager in a tech firm, felt 'pigeonholed'. Despite excellent performance, he was never considered for leadership roles. His handwriting revealed why: he had a extremely small capital 'I' (low self-image) and tightly constricted loops (internalized stress).
The Intervention
We designed a 30-day Graphotherapy course. His primary task was to increase the size of his capital 'I's and 'T's, and to intentionally widen her loops. This was to send a neurological signal to his brain that she is ready to take up more space.
The Result
Within 45 days, his colleagues noticed a shift in his confidence. He started speaking up in board meetings. Two months later, he was promoted to a Director role—position he had been eyeing for three years.
In Conclusion
"When you change your internal self-image, the world has no choice but to respond to the new version of you."
